Natalie Larivière has been president of TC Media, a subsidiary of Transcontinental (TSX: TCL.A, TCL.B, TCL.PR.D) since August 7, 2006. She heads the fourth largest print media group in Canada, with more than 3,700 employees and revenues of over $730 million in 2010. Ms. Larivière is responsible for the strategic planning process for Transcontinental Media, as well management of the product portfolio and the income-stream diversification strategy. She also provides strategic leadership in defining the most promising digital investments in a fast-changing industry.
Before joining Transcontinental Media, Ms. Larivière held a number of top positions, including president and CEO of the Quebecor Media Book Publishing Group. Prior to that, she was CEO of Groupe Archambault Inc.
Ms. Larivière has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, and a Master's in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal. She has won numerous awards, including MBA of the Year 2008; UQAM Recognition 2006; New Performers in the Managerial Category 2006; Arista-Sun Life 1999 in the Young Managers of Quebec category and Performance 1998 from the ESG UQAM Network. |
