Jacques Shih has served as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Technologies at TC Transcontinental since June 2026. In this role, he is responsible for advancing the technology environment to support business priorities and accelerate the organization’s transformation.

With over 20 years of experience in technology, business transformation, and operations management, Jacques Shih has solid expertise in systems modernization and the development of data capabilities, a solid command of cybersecurity issues, and a strategic understanding of artificial intelligence. He is recognized for his ability to combine strategic vision, disciplined execution, and a results‑oriented approach.

Before joining TC Transcontinental, he held senior leadership positions at Samsung Ads Canada. As President of the Canadian entity and a leader in global operations for the wider organization it belonged to, Samsung's Service Business group, he directed international initiatives and supported the growth and development of the business on a global scale.

Previously, Mr. Shih held several leadership roles in software engineering, ERP implementation, operations and corporate development, notably at high‑growth companies, which he helped structure and expand internationally.

Jacques Shih holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Concordia University and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
