Ms. Annie Thabet is a corporate director with over 35 years of experience, notably in asset management, private equity investment, mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions of technology and industrial businesses at Celtis Capital inc., a company she founded in 2003 specializing in transactional services, AT Capital, an investment firm she founded, Société générale de financement du Québec, a government corporation specializing in equity investments and Price Waterhouse (PWC), an accounting firm.
Ms. Thabet has served on the board of directors of Jean Coutu Group (PJC) inc. until 2018 and chaired the board of directors of the Institute of Corporate Directors - Québec from 2017 to 2019. She also sits on the boards of directors of the Institute for governance of private and public organizations (IGOPP), the Centre des technologies avancées BRP - Université de Sherbrooke and Manac Inc., a private manufacturer of semi-trailers, which was privatized in 2015.
