As Vice President, Human Resources since April 2026, Élise Dunberry‑Gibeau plays an active role in defining and implementing the Corporation’s key priorities. She ensures that human resources strategies are aligned with business priorities to support organizational performance and promote employee engagement, retention and talent development. Known for her collaborative approach, she acts as a strategic partner to executives and contributes to the evolution of organizational models and management practices.

Ms. Dunberry‑Gibeau is recognized for her expertise in human resources business partnership, organizational transformation and change management as well as leadership and talent development. Throughout her trajectory, she has played a key role in several strategic initiatives, namely post‑acquisition integration activities, supporting growth and optimization projects, and transforming corporate functions including the finance function.

Since joining TC Transcontinental in 2011, Ms. Dunberry‑Gibeau has held roles of increasing responsibility within human resources teams, both in operational and corporate settings. She began in the Printing Sector before furthering her development in the Packaging Sector. She then progressed to leadership positions with company‑wide impact, serving as a strategic partner to executive functions and leading multidisciplinary HR teams.

Ms. Dunberry‑Gibeau holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, with distinction.
