As Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary since April 2026, Viktorya Aksoy plays a key role in corporate governance and risk management, acting as a strategic partner to senior management. She is also responsible for preparing disclosure documents, organizing shareholder meetings, and coordinating board of directors’ meetings and committee sessions.

Ms. Aksoy has recognized expertise, notably in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, commercial law and complex contracts. She played a key role in several strategic transactions which contributed to TC Transcontinental’s transformation, including the sale of its Packaging business and the major acquisition of Coveris Americas, in addition to various asset purchases and disposals. She also played a central role in setting up the Corporation’s financing arrangements.

Since joining TC Transcontinental in 2010, she has demonstrated exceptional adaptability in dynamic environments throughout her career.

Ms. Aksoy has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal, where she also completed Master’s in Business Law courses.
