TC Transcontinental
Dustin Dyer was named Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence in July 2023. In this role, he and his team support the Printing and Packaging Sectors in four areas: Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, and Project Management. He is dedicated to the success of the company's safety performance programs, as well as to the profitability and performance optimization of all TC Transcontinental assets.
Dustin Dyer joined Coveris Americas in 2015 as General Manager of the Griffin, Georgia plant. Under his leadership, the plant became the leader in high-performance films for the beverage industry, while he also assumed responsibilities for Continuous Improvement for the Coveris Americas Food and Consumer division. In 2018, TC Transcontinental acquired Coveris Americas and became a North American leader in flexible packaging. From then on, Mr. Dyer led TC Transcontinental Packaging's Shrink and Extrusion Group, a time when new sustainable products were being introduced and relationships were being solidified with major industry customers.
Prior to joining TC Transcontinental, Dustin Dyer held a variety of management positions, including Director of Operations for Porex from 2012 to 2015, Plant Operations Manager for Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration from 2009 to 2012, Technical Operations Manager for Schering-Plough from 2004 to 2009, and Technical Sales, Marketing, Operations for Panasonic from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Dyer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and a Master in Business Administration from Columbus State University, as well as a Master’s in Operations Research from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
