Rebecca Casey was named Senior Vice President, Sales & Strategic Marketing for TC Transcontinental in July 2023. In this role, she leads the company’s marketing efforts, is instrumental in setting and executing the strategic market direction to propel organic growth and increase competitiveness while driving and supporting sales activities in target markets.

Ms. Casey joined TC Transcontinental’s packaging sector as Senior Director of Marketing in 2016 and played a key role in the Coveris acquisition and integration in 2018. She spearheads the TC Transcontinental Packaging brand as well as the vertical go-to-market strategies. A proven supporter of inclusive thinking, she believes that a diverse workforce drives results, fosters creativity and enables faster change to be a more agile company. In April 2022, she expanded her role to include leadership of the sales function with a focus on creating alignment in pricing and sales processes to promote profitable growth.

Prior to joining TC Transcontinental, Rebecca Casey held numerous commercial positions in the chemicals and packaging industry with Merck KGaA, USG, Alcan Packaging, and Coveris. She has worked with many top Fortune 500 consumer products companies, commercializing new products, driving intuitive collaborative innovation, and identifying growth market segments through the translation of consumer trends and market insights. Ms. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois and an MBA with a marketing focus from Northern Illinois University. She is the President of the PAC Global board and serves on the Executive Committee for the Sustainable Packaging Coalition. Rebecca Casey was nominated as one of the “Women Breaking the Mold” in 2019.
