Isabelle Marcoux and François Olivier receive a glowing tribute at the 15th edition of the Soirée des Grands Philanthropes benefiting Portage
Montréal, September 24, 2018 – Transcontinental Inc. (TSX: TCL.A TCL.B) warmly congratulates Isabelle Marcoux, Chair of the Board, and François Olivier, President and Chief Executive Officer, who were honoured at the 15th edition of the Soirée des Grands Philanthropes held on September 20, in Montréal. Co-chaired by Kim Thomassin, Executive Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Secretariat, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and by Lino A. Saputo, Jr., Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Saputo, this event which gathered 750 distinguished guests, helped raise a net amount of over $1,250,000 for Portage, a non-profit organization. The Soirée des Grands Philanthropes pays tribute to business leaders who have distinguished themselves through their contribution to the community.
